Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MyLocalGuard ("Service"), operated by Mohsin Noor, trading as MyLocalGuard ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request through our website or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By submitting a request through MyLocalGuard or engaging us for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
MyLocalGuard provides done for you Google Business Profile reinstatement, Google Business Profile verification, and local SEO ranking services for local businesses. Engagements typically begin with an audit, assessment, or case review, followed by a custom plan or quote specific to your situation.
Important: MyLocalGuard does not guarantee any specific outcome, including reinstatement of a suspended profile, successful verification, or a specific ranking position. We provide expert guidance, documentation, and advocacy through Google's own available processes, but final decisions regarding any Google Business Profile rest solely with Google LLC.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
Pricing for our services depends on the scope of work agreed with you individually and is confirmed before any paid engagement begins. For reinstatement services, we generally do not require payment until your Google Business Profile has been successfully reinstated, as described on our reinstatement service page. For ranking and local SEO services, engagements begin with a ranking audit, with ongoing work billed on the terms agreed with you directly. Specific payment terms, methods, and any refund arrangements for a given engagement are set out in the agreement or invoice provided to you at the time of booking, and take precedence over this general statement where they differ.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use MyLocalGuard only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
- Use our Service to harass or harm any third party
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy this website
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or submit data through this website
- Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of this website
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone who violates these restrictions.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) a suspended Google Business Profile will be reinstated; (c) a profile will be successfully verified; (d) any specific local search ranking will be achieved or maintained; or (e) the Service will meet your specific requirements.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLOCALGUARD AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality of the MyLocalGuard Service, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MyLocalGuard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. TERMINATION
You may discontinue any ongoing engagement with us at any time by contacting us at
support@mylocalguard.com, subject to the specific terms agreed in your individual service agreement or invoice.
We may decline to begin or may discontinue an engagement at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such termination.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at
support@mylocalguard.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND NO AFFILIATION WITH GOOGLE
MyLocalGuard is an independent service and operates as an independent consultant. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Google," "Google Business Profile," "Google Maps," and "Google My Business" are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All references to Google products and services on this website are for descriptive purposes only.
Our services involve advising clients on how to navigate Google's publicly available appeal and review reporting processes. We do not have any special access to Google's internal systems, and we cannot guarantee any outcome from Google's review or reinstatement processes. All final decisions regarding review removal, profile reinstatement, or any other action on a Google Business Profile rest solely with Google LLC.
When providing done-for-you services, MyLocalGuard acts as an independent consultant assisting clients with the preparation of documentation, evidence, and communications submitted through Google's official channels. At all times, the client retains ownership and control of their Google Business Profile. MyLocalGuard does not access client Google accounts without explicit written authorization, and clients may revoke such authorization at any time.
By using MyLocalGuard's services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the independent nature of our relationship with Google, and that MyLocalGuard bears no responsibility for decisions made by Google regarding your Business Profile or reviews.
