Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MyLocalGuard ("Service"), operated by MyLocalGuard ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account or using MyLocalGuard, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

MyLocalGuard is a web-based tool that scans Google Business Profile reviews and uses AI to identify reviews that may violate Google's review policies. Our Service provides analysis and guidance to help businesses flag and request removal of potentially policy-violating reviews.

Important: MyLocalGuard does not guarantee the removal of any Google review. We identify reviews that may violate policy based on AI analysis. The final decision on review removal rests solely with Google. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of our analysis or the likelihood of any review being removed.

To use MyLocalGuard, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

MyLocalGuard operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed when you run a scan:

• 1 credit — scans with fewer than 50 reviews
• 2 credits — scans with 50–499 reviews
• 3 credits — scans with 500 or more reviews

New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Credit packs are available for purchase:

• Starter — 10 credits for $19
• Growth — 50 credits for $59
• Agency — 200 credits for $149

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts.

All purchases are final. We do not issue refunds for any credit packs once purchased. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed your order and that all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@mylocalguard.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

You agree to use MyLocalGuard only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to flag or attempt to remove legitimate reviews
• Abuse the Service to harass or harm reviewers or competitors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit allocation
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions without notice or refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any analysis provided is 100% accurate; (c) any review identified as potentially policy-violating will be removed by Google; or (d) the Service will meet your specific requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYLOCALGUARD AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the MyLocalGuard Service — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by MyLocalGuard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@mylocalguard.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and any unused credits will be forfeited.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such termination.

Informal Resolution. Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@mylocalguard.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

MyLocalGuard is an independent service and operates as an independent consultant. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Google LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Google," "Google Business Profile," "Google Maps," and "Google My Business" are registered trademarks of Google LLC. All references to Google products and services on this website are for descriptive purposes only.

Our services involve advising clients on how to navigate Google's publicly available appeal and review reporting processes. We do not have any special access to Google's internal systems, and we cannot guarantee any outcome from Google's review or reinstatement processes. All final decisions regarding review removal, profile reinstatement, or any other action on a Google Business Profile rest solely with Google LLC.

When providing done-for-you services, MyLocalGuard acts as an independent consultant assisting clients with the preparation of documentation, evidence, and communications submitted through Google's official channels. At all times, the client retains ownership and control of their Google Business Profile. MyLocalGuard does not access client Google accounts without explicit written authorization, and clients may revoke such authorization at any time.

By using MyLocalGuard's services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the independent nature of our relationship with Google, and that MyLocalGuard bears no responsibility for decisions made by Google regarding your Business Profile or reviews.
